Gautami Gupta, MSc (Psychology), Registered Psychologist

Gautami Gupta, MSc (Psychology), Registered Psychologist, provides psychotherapy to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. She has over five years of experience working in hospital and community-based settings and is registered with the College of Alberta Psychologists (CAP) and the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario (CPBAO).

She completed her postgraduate residency at the Calgary Counselling Centre, where she provided individual, couples, and family therapy and facilitated group programs focused on self- esteem and domestic violence. Her clinical experience includes administering psychological assessments and delivering structured psychotherapy with justice-involved populations.

Gautami’s approach is integrative and evidence-based, drawing from CBT, ACT, DBT, CPT, EMDR (basic training), sex therapy, ERP, schema therapy, and the Gottman Method. She is committed to culturally responsive, client-centred, and feedback-informed care.

She currently provides both virtual and in-person psychotherapy services at the Mississauga and Brampton locations. Gautami understands Bengali and Hindi fluently and speaks both languages conversationally, which may support clients who wish to incorporate cultural or linguistic context into therapy.
