We provide both assessment and treatment services

Our clinicians are psychologists or psychological associates registered with the College of Psychologists of Ontario. This means we are independent practitioners licenced to assess, diagnose, and treat the full range of psychological disorders ranging from problems in living to serious mental health issues. Our practice also employs psychotherapists who are registered with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario and work under the supervision of registered psychologists .

Meet Our Team

Our assessment and therapy services are conducted by an experienced team of clinicians who work collaboratively with the client to address mental health challenges through evidence-based interventions. This may include, but are not limited to, such therapeutic approaches as cognitive-behavioural therapy, psychodynamic therapy, or mindfulness-based techniques.
